Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing events for our clients, including conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
- Work with internal teams to manage event elements, including delegate registration, accommodation, and travel
- Manage internal project input, including design, compliance, and production
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating rates
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and external standards
- Manage internal and external supplier relationships
- Prepare delegate packs and badges
- Onsite or virtual project delivery
- Budget management, cash flow, and reconciliation
- Post-event reporting, including ROI and feedback surveys
Requirements:
- Organized and self-motivated individual
- Minimum of 3 years in M&IT
- Passion for events
- Ability to travel occasionally
