Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Facilities Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities, including managing the facilities helpdesk and coordinating maintenance requests.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be based in Cambridge and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements
  • A-levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or NVQ in Business Administration
  • IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases like FileMaker
  • Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
