We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Manager to join our team at COEL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects.

About the Job:
  • This role requires someone with practical experience in performing small works and maintenance projects, as well as building fabric/multi-trade experience.
  • The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in working in commercial buildings and excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

As a leader within our team, you will need strong leadership and team management skills to manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
  3. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure all fabric elements are maintained to the highest standards.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
