At Proftech Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure projects adhere to customer expectations, quality standards, and safety protocols, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Cost and Delivery: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient delivery and meeting customer expectations.
- People and Development: Engage with team members, promote a culture of excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a high-pressure, rapidly changing manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of project delivery.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and demonstrated project management experience in a mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in project management, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
