Technical Project Director

TDA Telecoms is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver various technical projects. This role requires effective management of risks, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and suppliers, and driving project success through collaboration and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and manage multiple project streams, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project (MSP) and agile planning tools to support hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with business units, analysts, and developers to document requirements and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation, including PIDs, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Implementation Plans, Meeting Minutes, and Status Reports.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project outcomes.
- Lead meetings and steer discussions to achieve desired outcomes, even when managing challenging stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews.
Salary: £55,000 per annum.
