**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Asda Express bakery in Lancaster. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakery staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present
  • Lead and motivate a team of bakery staff
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Contribute to the preparation and serving of food
