Post Office Clerk Position

ZCO Ltd is recruiting a Post Office Clerk to join their team in Melksham. As a key member of staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and contribute to the overall success of the Post Office.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or post office environment. They will be able to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and work efficiently to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
As a Post Office Clerk, your duties will include:
• Handling customer transactions and queries
• Maintaining accurate records and security measures
• Working towards individual and store targets
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• Experience working at a Post Office Counter (1 year required)
