Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front of house reception service, including meeting and greeting visitors
  • Manage document production, including printing, scanning, and binding
  • Book travel and accommodation, order and manage catering requirements for meetings and events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers
  • Monitor general mailboxes and order stationery as needed
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with daily queries
  • Perform general office housekeeping and provide ad hoc administrative support
Requirements:
  • Previous office-based experience in reception, front of house, or administration
  • Exceptional organization skills to hit the ground running
  • Professional, friendly, and personable demeanor
  • First-class front of house service skills
  • Strong organizational skills to handle tasks under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset
