Job Description: Technical Account Manager Scotland

As a Technical Account Manager in Scotland, you will play a critical role in growing our customer base and identifying new business opportunities within your territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop key client relationships in the water treatment and hygiene sector. You will deliver exceptional service, ensuring compliance with regulations, and help clients improve the efficiency and sustainability of their water systems.

  1. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. You will provide expert advice on water hygiene and treatment solutions to clients across various industries.
  3. You will develop tailored water treatment and hygiene plans based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or a related technical field, as well as proven experience in account management, business development, or sales. We offer a competitive salary of £55K-£75K per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.
