About the Role
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of private client tax matters, with a keen focus on advisory work. The work will involve complex Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, Trusts, and International tax matters, requiring an expert-level understanding of these areas.
You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax advisory services, supporting the Tax Partner in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of tax advisory services, including drafting detailed reports and providing comprehensive advice to clients.
- Managing work in progress and billing for the department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on a range of private client tax issues.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in private client tax advisory services.
- Confidence in handling complex tax matters with minimal supervision.
- Broad and strong technical knowledge in Inheritance Tax, Estate Planning, Trusts, and International tax matters.
- Proficient in report writing, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, take ownership of projects, and ensure quality control.
