Job Title: Director of Tax
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in providing expert tax advice to our clients and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized tax advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Support and guide junior team members, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely submissions, minimizing the risk of penalties and fines.
- Financial Planning: Offer expert financial planning advice to individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in a tax advisory role, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
