Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled International Trade Compliance Specialist to join a leading organization in the Aerospace and Defence sector. This role involves overseeing international programs and ensuring adherence to export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for international programs, ensuring a thorough understanding of key deliverables and export licensing obligations.
- Offer expert advice and support on export control inquiries, including regulatory and procedural matters.
- Identify and address export control and licensing challenges, implementing effective solutions to facilitate timely project delivery while safeguarding future operations.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leading collaborative efforts.
- Assist in corporate and external audits, ensuring that action items are resolved as necessary.
- Act as the subject matter expert on key export control frameworks, disseminating knowledge throughout the organization to ensure compliance in daily operations.
- Develop and enforce export control processes and procedures to align with regulatory standards.
- Support business units by integrating export control requirements into future IT systems and resource planning tools.
Required Qualifications:
