Aerospace Safety Manager

At Go2personnel Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality management within our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SHEQ management systems in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the SHEQ team, conducting regular audits and inspections, investigating incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote a proactive approach to SHEQ management.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
To be considered for this role, you must have professional certification in SHEQ management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) and proven experience in a similar role within the telecommunications, construction, or utilities industry. You should possess excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to safety, health, environment, and quality, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
