Investment Associate, Leading Mid-Market Secondaries Fund

Our client is a well-established and respected player in the private equity secondary market, providing liquidity solutions for limited partners across various asset classes, including buyout, venture capital, real estate, and mezzanine funds. They also specialize in complex GP-led situations and boast a strong track record across a series of funds.
As an Associate on their lean London team, you will be involved in every stage of the deal process, focusing on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies and funds. You will shape the investment process from the outset, conducting in-depth market analysis and research, as well as vital due diligence on prospective investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations on potential transactions
- Prepare materials for investment committees
- Post-acquisition, you will prepare forecasts and commentary on portfolios, which will inform future relationships and deal flow
Requirements
- Excellent financial modeling skills, developed through exposure to M&A
- Interest in quantitative analysis and detail-oriented work
- Demonstrable knowledge of the secondaries industry, with a desire to grow your skills within this expanding space
