Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Junior Bank Relationship Manager to join our team at Raisin. As a key member of our Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our deposit-taking partner banks across Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders of our partner banks
  • Collaborate with our marketing and distribution teams to ensure our partner banks' success on the Raisin platform
  • Provide regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and utilize relevant tools to track relationships and projects
  • Support the wider Relationship Management team with special projects and new product launches as needed
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive key projects and initiatives
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information and documentation within our systems
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a finance-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of managing relationships in financial services, banking, or high-growth start-up environments
  • Strong desire to learn and grow with our company, with opportunities for training and professional development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills (such as French, Italian, or German) a plus
