About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex HIV needs, advising teams, and developing knowledge through research and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with complex HIV needs
  • Advise teams on HIV care and management
  • Develop and implement new models for delivering HIV care
  • Represent the Trust in national and regional initiatives related to HIV
  • Lead on the strategic development of pharmacy services for HIV at GSTT
Requirements
  • Higher degree in Clinical Pharmacy or relevant post-registration qualification
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Experience of working as a clinical pharmacist in HIV care
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
