Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to lead our Clinical Haematology team. As a Clinical Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with haematological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the provision of pharmacy services in Clinical Haematology, including the coordination of training and assessment of new pharmacists.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safe medicines use across the Trust.
  • Collaborate with other senior pharmacy staff to ensure the effective provision of Pharmacy Services.
  • Act as a role model and provide a consistently high standard of pharmaceutical service to patients.
  • Support the education and training of other healthcare professionals.
