  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safe medicines use and reduce medication errors in Clinical Haematology.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies in Clinical Haematology.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on clinical pharmacy services and medication management.
