About the Role

As a Health Economics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our projects. You will lead teams of analysts in conducting rigorous research, developing compelling economic models, and communicating complex findings to diverse stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to influence healthcare policy, support product development, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of health economists in the execution of projects across various therapeutic areas.
  • Develop and implement innovative research methodologies to address complex healthcare challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and statistical modeling to generate robust evidence.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and publications that effectively communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Health Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing health economics projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g., R, Stata, SAS).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
