">We are seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child who requires one-on-one support due to significant Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- You will provide individualized support to the child, creating a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and development.">
- You will work collaboratively with the school's staff to develop and implement strategies that address the child's SEMH needs.">
- You will maintain accurate records of the child's progress and contribute to regular review meetings.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare, Education, or a related field.">
- Proven experience working with children who have SEMH needs.">
- Enhanced DBS clearance (registered to the update service) or willingness to apply for a new DBS check through Smile Education.">
