General Manager Opportunity at Shepherd Neame

Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking a General Manager to lead our historic high-street pub in Dorking, Surrey. As an ambassador for our brand, you will create an inclusive culture within the business, leading and developing your team to ensure excellent customer service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve key business objectives and drive growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
