Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer communications, using a range of IT applications to manage customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance customer service.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop skills and knowledge in financial services, customer service, and IT applications.
  • Contribute to the development of new skills and knowledge, sharing expertise with colleagues to enhance customer service and business performance.
