Job Summary
We are seeking a Therapeutic Support Assistant to join our team in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and group support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students facing significant challenges.

About the Role
The Therapeutic Support Assistant will work closely with educational staff to develop and implement individual support plans. They will provide individualised support to students, addressing their emotional, social, and educational needs. The role also involves facilitating group activities and promoting positive peer interactions.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and group support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs
* Develop and implement individual support plans in collaboration with educational staff
* Provide individualised support to students, addressing their emotional, social, and educational needs
* Facilitate group activities and promote positive peer interactions
* Provide guidance in emotional regulation and coping strategies
