Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join their team. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic learning and emotional wellbeing of students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside therapists and psychologists based on-site at the school, gaining invaluable experience working with Special Needs and Mental Health issues. Key responsibilities will include providing individualised support to students, developing strategies to promote positive behaviour, and collaborating with teaching staff to ensure student success.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in a field such as Psychology, Counselling or Criminology, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
