As a Site Maintenance Coordinator at Capita plc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.

Job Summary

This is a part-time role requiring 16 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance on site, working closely with the site manager to ensure compliance and day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting cleaning in custody areas, including using specialist equipment and chemicals.
  • Supporting the site manager in general maintenance activities, including planned and reactive works.
  • Providing routine maintenance, including minor repairs and construction.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene throughout the site.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines.
