About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, supporting them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to residents, helping them to cope with challenging situations.
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and household chores.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participating in regular reviews of resident support plans, ensuring that their needs and aspirations are met.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and responsive service to our residents.
