Salary Package

We offer an attractive salary package, including a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This also includes 26 days annual leave rising to 31 days after five years of continuous Local Government Service.

Job Role

As a Vulnerable Children Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the needs of our most vulnerable children are met. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services, promoting the wellbeing and resilience of our service users.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. Experience working with vulnerable children and young people is essential, along with a supervisory skillset. We will provide comprehensive training and support to develop your skills further.
