Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-person and phone consultations.
  2. Visit patients at home or in residential facilities.
  3. Review and authenticate repeat prescription requests.
  4. Manage queries, paperwork, communication, and administrative tasks as required.
  5. Work closely with local healthcare teams.

You will be responsible for autonomously managing patient care, conducting screenings, developing treatment plans, and following up with patients. Your duties will include maintaining accurate electronic medical records, participating in quality control initiatives, and compiling electronic prescriptions.

This is a salaried position offering a competitive compensation package ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 annually, based on your level of expertise and qualifications.
