Theatre Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.
Main Responsibilities- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care
- Prepare operating theatres for procedures, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and provide post-operative care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification or equivalent
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic and pressurized environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum pro rata
Location: Royal Blackburn Hospital, East Lancashire
