Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Kemple View Hospital. As an Integrated Care Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting patients with complex needs and their families.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients on our secure and rehabilitation wards.
Your main duties will include:
- Acting as Nurse in Charge of the Ward
- Supervising a defined group of Nursing or HCA colleagues
- Prioritizing nursing duties and delegating appropriately
- Recognizing and responding to challenging behavior
- Monitoring and evaluating patient care outcomes
You will also provide accurate information about care to patients and their families, ensuring a holistic and up-to-date social history is available for each patient.
The successful candidate will be dual registered in NMC and Social Work registration.
**Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
