About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Boots. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and supporting our pharmacists in delivering excellent pharmaceutical care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring they receive a reassuring experience and exceptional care.
  • Assist pharmacists in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Proactively support the Pharmacy team, driving profit through dispensary operations and inspiring colleagues with your amazing customer care and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with the Pharmacy team, local doctor surgeries, and practice teams to drive items and services that benefit our customers.
  • Contribute to improving our care by passing on feedback and taking action, ensuring we deliver the highest standards of service.
Requirements
  • Completed or registered in a recognised Pharmacy Technician course in Ireland with knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and policies.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Able to work as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
