About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Boots. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and supporting our pharmacists in delivering excellent pharmaceutical care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to our customers, ensuring they receive a reassuring experience and feel valued.
  • Assist pharmacists in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively support the Pharmacy team, driving profit through dispensary operations and providing expert advice to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with the Pharmacy team, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer care and service.
  • Drive sales and services by building relationships with local doctor surgeries (GPs) and practice teams, passing on feedback and taking action to improve our care.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with:

Completed or registered in a recognised Pharmacy Technician course in Ireland.Knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and policies.Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality.Able to work as part of a team, providing exceptional customer care and support.What We Offer
