Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Boots, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacist in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy, assisting the pharmacist with daily tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service in a respectful, caring, and compassionate environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for driving profit through dispensary operations, inspiring the Pharmacy team with your exceptional customer care and attention to detail. Your ability to build strong relationships with the Pharmacy team, local doctor surgeries, and practice teams will be crucial in driving items and services that benefit our customers.

Requirements:

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to have completed or be registered in a recognized Pharmacy Technician course in Ireland, with knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and policies. Your ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and provide a reassuring experience for our customers will be essential in this role.
