Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Haematology and Oncology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Specialist Pharmacist – Cancer and Aseptic Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient-focused clinical pharmacy services to patients with haematology and oncology conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist clinical pharmacy services to haematology and oncology in-patients, day case and outpatients.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services in haematology and oncology.
- Work closely with the cancer services pharmacy team to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in quality improvement and practice research initiatives.
- Relevant post-registration experience as a pharmacist in the UK.
- Proven knowledge and skills in clinical pharmacy, particularly in haematology and oncology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
