The role of a Pharmacy Technician at Boots

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital part in providing excellent pharmaceutical care to our customers. You will support the pharmacist in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently and provides exceptional customer care in a respectful, caring, and compassionate environment.

Your key responsibilities

- Provide customer care that is second to none, using your expert knowledge and advice to put customers at ease
- Proactively support the Pharmacy team, driving profit through dispensary operations and inspiring them with your amazing customer care and attention to detail
- Build relationships with the Pharmacy team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to make a real difference to our customers

What we're looking for

- A friendly personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Completion of a recognised Pharmacy Technician course in Ireland, along with knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and policies
- The ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
