Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Purchasing/Operations Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing purchasing operations and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Logistics Management
    • Track and analyze delivery times and accuracy to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Communicate with courier companies to resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or packaging problems.
  • Order Processing and Management
    • Upload retail orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Process pack-up requests from customers, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management and Reporting
    • Regularly update and share stock reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective inventory management.
    • Update and share retail sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
  • Operational Support
    • Assist in influencer operations, coordinating influencer orders and managing promotional activities as required.
    • Monitor freight shipments, ensuring deliveries are on time and coordinating with logistics partners to resolve any issues that may arise.
