We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Expert to join our team on the £45m Kennington Railway Bridge replacement project. The successful candidate will have experience of managing quantity surveyors on large contracts, negotiation and settlement of disputes, and people management skills.

A BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and CSCS compliance are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, experience of providing accurate commercial reports and advice to management teams, ensuring contracts achieve commercial targets, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
