**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Quantity Surveyor to join our team at the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford. As a Sr Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading projects, managing payments, negotiating with clients and consultants, and advising on contractual and commercial risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and meeting client expectations;
  2. manage payments and negotiate with clients and consultants to ensure timely payment;
  3. advise on contractual and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;

**Requirements**

  • degree qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management;
  • a proven track record of success in quantity surveying or a related field;
  • strong leadership and project management skills;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
