Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our efforts in improving product accessibility, customer data privacy, and compliance with worldwide legal requirements. As a key member of the Worldwide Books and Kindle organization, you will have the opportunity to work across a global team, driving projects that make products easier to use for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own complex cross-org programs that are transforming our products.
  2. Drive alignment across senior leaders, create and maintain detailed work backward plans.
  3. Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and Software Development Managers on roadmaps, priorities, planning, dependency mapping, forecasting, and tradeoffs.
  4. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership on project status, milestones, and adjustments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
