Exciting Opportunity for a Global Clinical Research Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Clinical Research Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and close-out of clinical research programs.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of clinical research principles, regulatory requirements, and project management methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery, while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the setup, implementation, and management of individual EAPs, including coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide senior oversight of the supply chain team, coordinating and dispatching shipments of investigational products.
  • Lead internal and external teleconferences, project Kick Off Meetings, and weekly check-ins with project team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a health or science field.
  • Prior experience in clinical research, data management, or regulatory affairs, with at least two years of experience in the monitoring and management of clinical research projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
