We are looking for a talented Quantitative Research Coordinator to join our team at M3 Global Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This role involves assisting the Client Service team with day-to-day management of market research studies. You will work closely with respondents, vendors, and clients to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate with respondents, vendors, and clients to execute sampling and fieldwork plans
  • Set up and deliver study invitations, manage exclusion lists, and coordinate with respondents and vendors
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Partner with Project Managers to assist with day-to-day project needs, including attendance at project meetings and fieldwork plans

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 0-1 year of market research experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, and profit
