Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team's email inbox, responding to enquiries or escalating to senior team members as required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to residential care settings on relevant infection prevention guidance to support in the management of outbreaks of infectious disease (flu, covid, gastroenteritis, and scabies).
  • Visit residential settings to carry out IPC audits using a national audit tool, write up and present findings to care providers and stakeholders.
  • Support the Health Protection Manager with administrative tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Health Protection team to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases in residential care settings.
