">Job Description: We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead our commercial growth efforts, overseeing sales, marketing, operations, production, finance, legal, and HR teams. Your primary objective is to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue, regional expansion, and strengthen our brand presence.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and support the management team in achieving their objectives
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans
- Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Analyse and optimise performance metrics
- Oversee financial performance and provide regular updates
About You: We seek an exceptional leader with extensive experience (8+ years) in senior sales and/or general management roles, preferably within physical technology products via Omni Channels – B2B, Distribution/reseller channels in start/scale-up organisations. You must have a proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies, as well as strong leadership and people management skills.

">Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + Profit Share Bonus (OTE £100,000 - £105,000)
