Join Our Team as an Assistant Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Commercial Account Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all customer inquiries and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process adjustments and notifications to insurers, issue revised documentation, and collect additional premiums
  • Input data accurately and efficiently
  • Develop a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
