M&E Cost Controller

A leading UK-based M&E contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Cost Controller to join their project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing complex construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for M&E services. You will also conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works, ensuring accurate pricing and cost control.

Furthermore, you will manage subcontractor packages, including procurement, payment applications, and performance evaluations. Additionally, you will provide ongoing financial advice and support to project teams, ensuring profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for M&E services.
  • Conducting detailed measurement and valuation of works, ensuring accurate pricing and cost control.
  • Managing subcontractor packages, including procurement, payment applications, and performance evaluations.
  • Providing ongoing financial advice and support to project teams, ensuring profitability.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is included.
