Job Description

Centre People Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator & Coordinator who can effectively support sales managers in the Spanish market. This role will also be responsible for supporting other countries' markets in the future.

The ideal candidate will have fluent Spanish, English, and Japanese skills, with at least 3 years of office work experience, preferably in sales or B2B customer service.

  • This position requires working on-site (5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:

1. Support sales activities to Retailers, Distributors in the E.U and others.

2. Conducts sales analysis, ad planning, and sales forecasting.

3. Acquires licensing agreements (Sales activities to hardware and software makers).

4. Translates product information, instruction, website content, and business-related documents to and from Japanese/English/Spanish.

5. Performs interpretation as needed.

6. Draws up, negotiates, and signs business-related contracts.

7. Researches patent-related information within the game industry.

8. Manages bank accounts and petty cash.

9. Attends to resident officers, loan employees, and expatriate personnel.

10. Manages day-to-day activities with minimal managerial supervision.

11. Troubleshoots problems, answers questions from sellers, and handles complaints.
