Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently for the Asian market, ensuring timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  2. Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and support functions to resolve issues and streamline communication.
  3. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to ensure accurate customer records and sales data.
  4. Generate detailed sales reports and analytics to support decision-making and track performance against targets.
  5. Collaborate with the supply chain team to monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory for the Asian market.
  6. Support the execution of sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns tailored to regional needs.
  7. Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and IT) to optimize processes for online sales platforms.
  9. Manage documentation and sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  3. Strong understanding of online sales platforms.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
