Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key financial insights.
  • Handle online customer purchasing portals and corporate card payments efficiently.
  • Balance the sales ledger each week and resolve payment queries promptly.
  • Set up and manage customer accounts according to company policies.
  • E nsure invoices and accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in accounts or admin roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
