As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and handling customer transactions. If you have a passion for numbers and are eager to develop your expertise, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key financial insights.
- Handle online customer purchasing portals and corporate card payments efficiently.
- Balance the sales ledger each week and resolve payment queries promptly.
- Set up and manage customer accounts according to company policies.
- E nsure invoices and accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in accounts or admin roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
