RMS are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering firm, based in Stockton, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the growing team.
As administrator, you would will be responsible for maintaining the time and attendance system and compiling reports on a daily basis. In addition, the role will involve assisting the Planning team in any secretarial or administrative duties required.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Administration of the time and attendance system for both staff and hourly paid employees
- Updating timesheets for agency workers
- Invoicing of all sales
- Daily secretarial assistance to the Planning team as required
- Creating paperwork for various contracts
- Maintain and order stationery for the business unit
- Customer despatch paperwork - create pack in preparation for quality to upload documents to customer portal
- Send financial invoices to customers
- Good communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Literacy and numeracy
- Professional telephone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
