Job Title: Aerospace Safety Manager

At The Job People, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Aerospace Safety Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience in implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Nebosh qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
